Drawing live in front of an audience of around 100 people, I captured all of the panel discussions throughout the entire day at Helping Hands’ conference to mark the end of their project. Helping Hands Cumbria was an initiative that had the sole purpose of getting more volunteers into the arts and culture sector across Cumbria. Across the 8 panels of the day, I captured so many interesting conversations including:

• Who are Helping Hands Cumbria?

• Barriers to volunteering in Cumbria.

• The journey towards inclusive volunteering.

• The recipe to inclusive volunteering.

• Collaborative projects.

• Helping Hands Cumbria’s legacy.

• Learning from the National Volunteering Futures Programme.

• What Now? - Response to the day.

This all contributed to an engaging visual summary of the day, which is now displayed in the Tullie House in Carlisle.
