Capturing Visual Minutes for Youth Advisory Group Meetings

Beginning in November 2025, I was appointed as See It To Be It’s Illustrator in Residence for the next 12 months. My main focus of this role is capturing conversations during their Youth Advisory Group meetings every month.

The See It To Be It is a project that is all about boosting creative careers for young Cumbrians here in the North West. As a young and local creative myself, this is something that I am deeply passionate about. In fact one of my brand missions here at Hannah Robinson Illustrations is to inspire others to find their own creative voices.

For the advisory group’s first meeting, I attended the online call remotely and captured everyone’s thoughts and ideas digitally with live illustration. These meetings are centred around hearing what changes us young creatives would like so see being made. The initial meeting covered how CACN can improve their Big Meets - discussing themes such as structure, timing and topics.
